This article provides details on how to resume email service on Microsoft Outlook 2013 & 2016 for Windows after your email account has been migrated to Microsoft Servers.
Once your email account has been migrated to Microsoft servers the Outlook client status will change from 'Connected' to 'Trying to connect...'. This is located on the lower right of the Outlook window.
At this stage you will receive a Windows Security prompt asking you to sign-in, if this prompt does not appear close the Outlook application and re-open it.
Enter your Vicbar email address and password into the prompt. Tick 'Remember my credentials' if you do not wish to be prompted for your password each time Outlook starts.
Click 'OK' then close the Outlook application and re-open.
The Outlook status will now change to 'Connected' and normal email service will resume.
