Change your Vicbar Email Password

Step 1:

  • Login to https://webmail.vicbar.com.au using your Vicbar email address and password.
  • If you do not know your current Vicbar email password you will need to contact the Service Desk on 9225 8888 to have your password reset.

 

Step 2:

  • Click on the Settings Icon in the top right of the window.
  • Click on Change password.

  • Note: If you are accessing the site using a mobile device (phone/iPad/tablet) you will need to request the desktop site. Instructions are at the end of this article.

 

Step 3:

  • Type in your current email password.
  • Type in your new password twice.
  • Choose a secure password:
    • Minimum 8 characters long
    • Combination of:
      • Upper case and lower case letters
      • Numbers
      • Special characters such as !@#$%^&*
  • Click on the 'save' button to change your password.

 

 

  • Once completed you will be taken back to the login page, use your new password to login.

 

 

 

Mobile Devices - request desktop site

To change your password on a mobile device you will need to access the Desktop version of the site, instructions below.

Safari:

  • Log on to https://webmail.vicbar.com.au
  • Once the web page has loaded tap and hold on the 'Refresh' symbol located to the right of the URL box.
  • A menu will pop up, tap on this to request the desktop site.

  • You can now continue from Step 2 above.

 

Chrome/Firefox

  • Log on to https://webmail.vicbar.com.au
  • Once the web page has loaded tap on the 'Menu' icon (indicated by either three vertical or horizontal dots) in the top right of the window.
  • A menu will pop up, tap on request desktop site.

             

  • You can now continue from Step 2 above.
